I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1 - 4 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via Yunexpress,  USPS , FedEx, 4PX or ePacket shipping carrier from Shenzhen. International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Fast Worldwide / 1st Class U.S. Shipping:
  • Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 15 Business days
  • Average transit times to the United Kingdom: 5 - 20 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

Priority Insured Worldwide Shipping - Includes Insurance for if your product is lost / damaged / stolen is the same time frame like Fast Insured shipping just we processing your orders within 48/72h.

What is Priority Rush Insured Worldwide Shipping? How does it work?

Priority Rush Insured Processing expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be verified, tailored to our Noblete standards, quality checked, packaged and on the road within 48/72h business hours.

Priority Insured Processing fee DOES NOT affect the actual shipping time in transit. If you need your order quickly, please be sure to choose the appropriate shipping method as well.

There are circumstances that are out of control (Customs delays,Global Epidemics,natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Due Global epidemic in all World, can be delaying in shipping. Delivery time can take up to 35 business days. We apologise for this inconvenience.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This tracking number might take up 3-4 days before it updates.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order! You must cancel your order 2 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied, just please contact with in support@noblete.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at  support@noblete.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Extra Taxes

Customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. Especially customs tax fees can be charged for UK customers after Brexit reform changed.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
